Bassam Challita is a Lebanese cultural leader, pianist, composer and conductor whose career spans business, humanitarian leadership and the performing arts.
Across Deloitte, EY and the International Rescue Committee, he built more than two decades of experience in strategy, governance, transformation, risk and complex international operations. In parallel, his artistic work developed into large-scale productions connecting Arab, Mediterranean and European traditions.
Today, the common thread is clear: building ideas, institutions and experiences that cross borders while remaining rooted in identity.
